What is the difference between a bundle and membership?
Bundle & Save boxes are one-off purchases. Bloom Membership is a separate, recurring monthly subscription for four whipped soaps. Membership prices and the initial minimum commitment depend on the plan selected.
Can I choose the same scent more than once?
Yes. Mix things up or repeat your favourite scent in your one-off bundle, subject to availability.
How do the bundle savings work?
Choose four whipped soaps and pay for three, or eight and pay for six. Pick three room sprays and pay for two. The Bath & Home Box combines both offers. The new Wax Melt Discovery Box includes five eligible melts for £19.95. Review the final offer in your bag.
How does delivery work?
Standard tracked delivery is free when your order reaches £30 after discounts. Membership includes eligible standard delivery. Processing time is separate from transit time; see our delivery page for the current details.
How do I change or cancel a membership?
Review the membership you choose before joining, including its price and initial minimum commitment. Future renewals can be managed in your account or by contacting Bloom, subject to that initial commitment. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
