Changing or cancelling your Bloom Cosmetics order depends on the status of your order. Head on over to the Royal Mail website and enter your tracking number - from here you'll be able to change your address, ask to leave in a safe place or to leave with a neighbour.
If you're unsure then pop us an email with your order number and the changes you wish to make.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For all orders placed before 11:59pm we aim to will dispatch your item on the following working day (Mon-Fri).
**Please note: during busy periods it can take up to 5-7 working days to dispatch your order. We apologise for any inconvenience.**

We're so sorry there is a problem with a product. We try to ensure our products are as secure as possible during transit, but our products are handmade and some contain delicate decorations.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the return payment to reach you if you paid using a card or within 1 business day if you paid using PayPal.
Unfortunately we can not speed up the transfer process when a card has been used as this is a limitation on our card processing supplier.
What if I have a damaged item?

Do you test on animals?
We NEVER have and NEVER will test any of our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we employ a third party to do so on our behalf.
Why dont we use the Leaping Bunny Logo? It is very expensive to license the logo from the owners of the trademark and it is also very expensive to replace or alter packing materials to include the logo. In order to keep our costs as low as possible this is not feasible for us currently.

How environmental is the packaging you use?
Our boxes are made with 100% post-consumer recycled cardboard and this means you can also recycle them through your local council kerbside recycling scheme.
The ink used to print the boxes is water based so you can rest assured no mean, nasty solvents are being used that evaporate into the air.
But what about those colourful sausages inside the box? Well! These are made of Corn Starch… you know, the same thingy ma jig you make custard with! They are entirely water soluble and the chips quickly biodegrade unlike polystyrene or similar alternatives. And of course, the starch used is GM free.
